Richard de Lama is a corporate associate in the Costa Mesa office of Rutan & Tucker, LLP. Richard’s practice focuses on a wide range of general corporate law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions (buy and sell side), private equity, tax controversy, and corporate governance.
Prior to joining Rutan & Tucker, Richard graduated as a Regents’ and Chancellor’s Scholar from the University of California, Berkeley receiving his B.A. in Political Economy. After graduating from UC Berkeley, Richard received his J.D. and Certificate in Business Law from UC Berkeley School of Law in 2018.
