Overview
Samantha Lamm is a litigator with over 20 years of experience in civil litigation. Samantha has represented school districts and public employees in employment actions involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, First Amendment violations, breach of contract, toxic tort exposure and tort claims. Samantha also litigated actions involving medical malpractice, employment law, mortgage banking, and complex business litigation. Through the years, Samantha has honed her writing and oral advocacy skills.
Samantha graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a double major in English and Political Science. She earned her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law and has received such honors as the American Jurisprudence in Legal Writing, Dean’s Academic Scholarship, and Law Review. While in law school, Samantha clerked for the United States Attorney’s Office, the California State Attorney General’s Office, was a judicial extern for the Honorable John A. Houston, U.S. District Court, Southern District of California, and also served as a mentor for students at risk at Lincoln High School in San Diego.
