She represents clients in proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, in both inter partes and ex parte proceedings, and handles domain name disputes. Sarah advises and represents clients in managing and protecting their intellectual property rights in a variety of other contexts, including intellectual property disputes implicating third-party seller platforms. She also handles a wide-array of general business disputes involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and fraud.
