Scott Cooper

Scott is an associate in the Land Use and Entitlement Law section, focusing his practice on land use and regulatory issues regarding land development, entitlement, and water resources. 

Prior to joining the firm, Scott completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Ronald Israel in Eighth Judicial District Court in Las Vegas, Nevada. While in law school, Scott served as the Forum Editor for the Nevada Law Journal.  As an undergraduate student, Scott competed as a Division I student athlete in alpine ski racing at Colby-Sawyer College.
