COSTA MESA, Calif., December 20, 2012 – Volunteers from Rutan & Tucker, LLP, California’s largest full-service business law firm based in Orange County, recently participated in the 43rd year of Share Our Selves’ Annual Adopt-A-Family program. The holiday tradition embraces many struggling Orange County families by providing gifts and food for the holidays.
This year, the program undertaken by the Costa Mesa-based nonprofit connected donors and volunteers with more than 1,600 families with children that were recommended by Costa Mesa and Santa Ana schools. Partner Kathy Jenson again organized the firm’s involvement in the project, which included having Rutan & Tucker attorneys, staff and family members gather at the OC Fair & Event Center to help sort, load and deliver the items to schools where they were then given to the families.
The list of Rutan & Tucker volunteers included Jeff Goldfarb, Kathy Jenson, Joel Kuperberg, Ann Levin, Layne Melzer and his son Landon, along with Michelle Molko, Bob Owen, Alisha Patterson, Ajit Thind and Dana Ross.
