Michael Adams, a trial attorney with over 25 years of experience, has a strong track record of taking cases to jury verdict. His expertise lies in unfair competition litigation, including trademark infringement, false advertising, trade secret misappropriation, antitrust issues, patent infringement, and copyright infringement. Additionally, he is well-versed in various business disputes involving fraud, partnership disagreements, breaches of fiduciary duty, and contract violations, with significant experience in class action defense related to consumer protection laws. Adams has successfully tried numerous cases involving a wide range of topics such as intellectual property infringement, wrongful death, bank robbery, breach of contract, and fraud.
Kelly Galligan manages complex mergers and acquisitions valued between $5 million and $500 million. She also serves as outside general counsel for a diverse range of private companies. In addition to her legal work, Galligan contributes her skills pro bono through her involvement with the Public Law Center and the Veteran’s Legal Institute. As President of Project Youth OCBF, a nonprofit focused on supporting at-risk youth in Orange County, she demonstrates her commitment to community service. Within the legal community, she holds the position of Board Member for the Orange County Bar Association (OCBA) and has previously served as President of the Orange County Women Lawyers Association (OCWLA), the OCWLA Foundation, and the OCBA Young Lawyers Division.
