COSTA MESA, California, March 23, 2011 – Gloria Lee has joined Rutan & Tucker, LLP, California’s largest full-service law firm headquartered in Orange County, as an associate attorney. Lee focuses on the financing and development of commercial, residential and resort properties as a member of the firm’s Real Estate Department. Her practice includes representing lenders, developers, landlords and tenants in all aspects of real estate transactions, including real estate secured financings, acquisitions, dispositions, title review and due diligence analysis.
Lee also has experience with the structuring, development and regulation of residential, commercial, timeshare, and fractional use planned developments and associations.
She is the President-Elect of the Orange County Asian American Bar Association and an Orange County Regional Director of Stanford Professionals In Real Estate. In 2010, Lee was named one of OC Metro Magazine’s Top 40 Under 40 business professionals in Orange County. Prior to joining Rutan & Tucker, she was an associate at Cox, Castle & Nicholson, LLP. Lee received her law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall, School of Law in 2004. She received a master’s degree and a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University. She served as a judicial extern for Judge David O. Carter of Federal District Court in Santa Ana. She was also a law clerk for Asian Pacific Islander Legal Outreach of San Francisco.
