Overview
Gloria Lee is the firm’s Client Relations Partner and responsible for the strategic growth of business development opportunities for the Firm’s attorneys and the implementation of client relationship initiatives for the Firm.
Prior to becoming the firm’s Client Relations Partner, Gloria focused on the financing and development of commercial, residential and resort properties. Her practice included representing lenders, developers, landlords and tenants in all aspects of real estate transactions, including real estate secured financings, acquisitions, dispositions, title review and due diligence analysis. She also has experience with the structuring, development and regulation of residential, commercial, condominium, timeshare, and fractional use planned developments and associations.
Gloria is active in the community and currently serves on three non-profit boards including the Board of Trustees of Olive Crest and the Council of Korean Americans. Gloria is also a Past President of the Orange County Asian American Bar Association, Past Executive Board Member of Asian Americans Advancing Justice – Los Angeles and Past Board Member of the University of California Berkeley School of Law Alumni Association.
In addition Gloria is an independent Board Director for Hanmi Bank (NASDAQ: HAFC) serving on the Nominating and Corporate Governance, Risk Compliance and Compensation and Human Resources committees. She is active in public company board organizations such as NACD, 2020 Women on Boards and Ascend Pinnacle.
She has been honored with several national and state awards for both her legal skills and her community advocacy. In 2018, Gloria was awarded the California National Minority Council Emerging Diversity Leader Award for her contributions promoting diversity within the legal profession. In 2017, Gloria was selected by the California Diversity Council as one of Southern California’s Most Powerful and Influential Women. In 2015, she was selected by the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association as one of the 14 attorneys nationally selected for its “Best Lawyers Under 40” award. Gloria has also been named as a Super Lawyer 2017-2018; 2021-2023 and as a Rising Star from 2012-2016, both by the Southern California Super Lawyers publication.
