January 30, 2007 — Fourth District Court of Appeal confirmed the trial verdict in Jetsource v. Mach 1 Aircraft, Inc, Mach 1, Inc., Brian Doherty and John Mouyos, affirming the judgment for fraud, negligent misrepresentation and breach of fiduciary duty and affirming compensatory and punitive damages in the total amount of approximately $13.5 million.
