COSTA MESA, Calif., May 09, 2011 – Alejandro Angulo, a partner at Rutan & Tucker, LLP, California’s largest full-service law firm based in Orange County, recently moderated a panel of experts regarding the management and protection of digital assets at the Business Growth Conference 2011.
Harvard Business School Association of Orange County and the USC Marshall School of Business Alumni Association sponsored the event, which was held in Anaheim, California. The panelists included Andrea White, Chief Privacy Officer, Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc., Erich Kreidler, Chief Executive Officer, iProject Partners and Jason Lidow, president, DigiTrust.
The panelists discussed the importance of actively managing and protecting digital assets. The group also discussed the public relations nightmares companies face when their digital assets are hacked. Such examples included the recent hacking of information belonging to Sony’s customers.
As a member of Rutan’s Trial Department, Angulo’s practice includes general business and civil litigation with a special emphasis in intellectual property litigation.
