Gabby Wong

Gabby Wong is a Corporate Associate in Rutan & Tucker’s Irvine office. Her practice includes mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate governance, corporate finance, and general corporate transactions.

Gabby received her J.D. from Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law in 2023, graduating cum laude. As a law student, she served as Managing Editor of the Chapman Law Review and was a board member for the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. While in law school, she also received a CALI Award for Excellence in the following courses: Civil Procedure I; Civil Procedure Practice Lab; Client Interviewing and Counseling; Legal Analysis, Writing, and Research I; and Property.

Prior to law school, Gabby attended the University of Southern California, where she received her B.S. in Policy, Planning, and Development. She also worked as a human resources analyst at a global law firm.
