Noell Rice

Noell Rice assists employers in litigation and transactional matters.  Her litigation practice includes defense of wage and hour cases (individual, class action and PAGA proceedings) and claims of wrongful termination, harassment and discrimination.  As part of Noell’s transactional practice, she assists clients with their employment document drafting needs (e.g., employee handbooks, arbitration agreements, offer letters, confidentiality agreements, commission/bonus plans) and provides advice and counsel on a myriad of employment issues (e.g., leaves of absence, accommodation obligations, wage and hour compliance).

Noell graduated cum laude from Chapman University, Fowler School of Law.  During law school, she was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board where she won the 2015 IP LawMeet Western Regional Championship hosted at Chapman University.  Noell was also an associate editor of the Nexus Journal of Law and Policy and a student editor of Orange County Lawyer Magazine.
