Overview
Stephanie is a senior associate in the land use and entitlement practice group. She has extensive experience assisting clients in navigating California’s complex, ever-evolving development processes at all stages from land use due diligence through project approval and litigation.
Stephanie has assisted clients in voicing objections through the public process, successfully invalidating various fee ordinances and other local initiatives that do not align with her client’s interests. She has expertise in a wide variety of land use practice areas, including actions arising under the California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”), the Mitigation Fee Act, Proposition 218, the California Public Records Act, and many other planning, zoning, and housing laws. She has represented private and public clients through the eminent domain process.
