
Overview
Bob Hagle retired from the firm’s Real Estate Section and was Co-Chair of the Banking and Finance Group. Bob has extensive experience representing lenders and borrowers in a broad range of finance transactions, including asset-based, real estate, receivables financing, mezzanine financings, loan workouts and debt restructurings. He also has substantial experience in bankruptcy reorganizations, out-of-court workouts and debtor/creditor rights and remedies.
Bob previously held positions as Deputy General Counsel with FINOVA Capital Corporation (where he also held board positions on companies in which FINOVA had a majority ownership interest) and Senior Counsel with Union Bank, N.A. As corporate counsel, he assisted business units in structuring, negotiating and documenting corporate, asset-based and real estate credit facilities for diverse markets, developing, restructuring and workout strategies for problem loans, and enforcing rights and remedies in bankruptcy and litigation matters. Bob’s experience as a corporate in-house attorney brings a strong business perspective to complex legal issues confronting clients.
