His practice also includes representing buyers and sellers in connection with the acquisition and disposition of real property with a special emphasis on raw land and projects involving single- and multi-family housing, retail and mixed use developments, as well as representing landlords and tenants in connection with the drafting and negotiation of commercial leases (with an emphasis on office and retail leases).
